About Me

My photo
Just me :) Nothing special, but I love to hang with friends. I live in the middle of nowhere Arizona, it sucks, but I deal with it. I also love music, but I can't sing and am only learning to play guitar (slowly haha), so I settle with listening to it.

Hmmm...idk :)

So this is (obviously) my first post, and I'm definitely not sure what to write about. hmm.. what a dilemma. I guess I'll just start with my summer..

Well the first 3 weeks or so I don't really remember, so I'm just going to start with Missouri. A couple weeks ago my dad took off to Missouri to look at properties and houses to possibly buy. A couple days later my mom, Nathan an I flew out there to St. Louis to meet up with him. That first day after being picked up from the airport we went to St. Louis Brad company for dinner. They had AMAZING jalapeno cheddar bagels :D after that we drove for about an hour to the town that I used to live in 10 years ago, Farmington, MO, population 14,798 (or something like that haha). We stayed at the Wright's house (some friends from when we lived there before) and I barely remembered them. It was kinda weird at first, but I got used to it pretty fast. Especially when I found out that Nathan and I would be staying in a room adjacent to a 73 INCH HD TV AND PS3! It was pretty amazing haha.

For the next few days we mostly just drove around looking at houses and properties, it was really boring for the most of it, but we got to see alot of the area. On Sunday we went to church and all the conversations I had were something like "Wow you've grown!" or "Do you remember me?" I didn't remember anybody except the Wrights haha. After that we went back to the Wrights house and had a delicious dinner and then went outside to set off fireworks :D At around 9:00, we drove 20 minutes or so to a nearby town to watch their professional fireworks display. Nathan and I decided we wanted a better view, so we walked through a small crowd of people right up to where they were setting the fireworks off. No one was closer then we were! Every time one went off it would make my heart beat an extra time! The shockwaves were powerful enough to literally shake the ground!

On Monday and Tuesday of that week, we went and looked at more houses and went swimming at a swimming hole and then went kayaking down the Current River. Hello sunburn!! Wednesday we drove back up to St. Louis where we checked into a hotel and played racquetball and went swimming at the fitness club there and then after dinner saw "The Last Airbender"
The next day we went home after going around St. Louis for the morning. It was a great vacation, I miss Missouri already!

So the next day after getting home I had to take a final for US History that I've been taking online. That was really easy. After that Nathan and I went to GameStop and bought "Assassin's Creed," which is a blast, and then I went to see "Grown Ups" with Molly and Caitlin.

That of course epically failed when we got there late, so THEY decided to watch Eclipse instead. I was fool enough to tell them to choose. No matter what they say, it was NOT my choice :P
I'd give a quick review of the movie, but I was too busy either trying to stay awake or laughing at how lame it was to actually pay attention lol It ended up being a blast anyway though, those two are great :)

Yesterday I didn't really do much, went to the Air Force Base with my mom and brother where we got food and then when we got home we took out all our camping gear for RINCON RENDEZVOUS!! :D We leave tonight/tomorrow morning at 3 AM! It's going to be amazing! and the hopefully Saturday after I get back I'll be going up to Mt. Lemmon with Caitlin, Molly, Brad and others (I think) haha. It look's like this week it going to top the rest of my summer :D

So yeah...first blog post...ever. I'm not sure if I'll do this regularly, probably just when I'm really bored...which is often... :)
